Estimated shipping:
• USA: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Every piece in our store is made to order with love and intention through our fulfillment partner Printful. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please take a moment to review our Return & Refund Policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each product is created individually, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size, or color choice. Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we’ll gladly replace or refund it.
To start the return process:

2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
3. We’ll respond with next steps and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Processing Time for Returns
Once your returned item is received and inspected at our fulfillment facility, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived and tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
We’ll investigate and help resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
